How it plays
No timers you can't beat, no lives, no energy meter. Just a shape and a set of edges that have to agree with each other. You are ranked on moves, not speed — so it is worked out, not raced.
Pick up a tile and drop it on another to swap them, or on an empty slot to move it.
Tap a tile to rotate it a quarter turn. Its four marks turn with it.
Every pair of touching edges must show the same mark. Match them all and the board locks shut.
26 levels
From a four-tile warm-up to a thirty-tile sprawl. Each board has its own shape, its own palette and its own kind of stuck — and every one is verified solvable before it ships.
Leaderboard
Levels are generated from a fixed seed, so your Origin · Square is identical to everyone else's. Ranking is on fewest moves, not fastest fingers — and every submission is checked by replaying your actual solution on the server, so the board is worth topping.
Fewest moves, all players
Coins
Finish a level and you earn coins. Beat your own move count on one you have already finished and you earn a few more. Spend ten of them to drop a tile into its right place, where it stays put.
A locked tile drops into its right place and stays there.
Five for finishing a level you have never finished, two for beating your own best. Never bought, and there is nothing to buy them with.
Origin is a warm-up and needs no help, so coins are for Fracture and Atlas, where the boards reach thirty tiles.
The moves a lock makes count towards your score, so a coin buys knowing where a tile belongs — not a smaller number than you earned.
